By accessing, registering, or using the SRM VERSE platform, website, or associated tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.

SRM VERSE is an independent, student-built ecosystem designed to provide modern and accessible interfaces for viewing academic schedules, attendance, internal marks, career opportunities (hackathons, internships, conferences), and campus discussions. SRM VERSE is an independent project by the SRM Insider Community and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by SRM Institute of Science and Technology.

When you log in to SRM VERSE using your SRM Academia portal credentials, authentication is conducted securely and directly between your browser session and official university endpoints. We do not store your raw SRM password, attendance records, marks, or timetable in our database. If you opt in to Passkey biometric authentication (WebAuthn/FIDO2), your biometric verification is processed exclusively within your device's hardware enclave, and re-authentication payloads are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption. You are solely responsible for maintaining control over devices registered with passkeys and for all activities that occur under your session.

The SRM VERSE Campus Feed is a space for healthy student discussions, resource sharing, and academic collaboration. Users agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, fraudulent, or in violation of academic integrity. SRM VERSE reserves the right to remove any violating content and suspend accounts that disrupt the community.

SRM VERSE aggregates public career opportunities (such as hackathons from Devfolio, Devpost, Unstop, internships from Internshala, and academic conferences) and links to external tools (such as E-Library and Roommate Finder). We do not operate or control third-party websites and are not responsible for their application processes, event schedules, accuracy, or privacy practices.

All intellectual property rights in the design, software, custom interfaces, graphics, and features of SRM VERSE belong to the SRM Insider Community. All university names, official logos, and course materials remain the property of their respective trademark holders and institutions.

SRM VERSE is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure optimal uptime and seamless presentation of academic data, we are not liable for any discrepancies in university records, network downtimes, server maintenance, or any damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to SRM VERSE or any part of the service at any time without prior notice. You may also stop using the service at any time. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
